Pos: Great central location close to many popular tourist spots.

The room is air-conditioned and decent size with comfy bed, everything is very good. There is a wide array of supplies like : climate control and heavy curtains.

The hotel has an excellent location - we did not use the transport at all: there are restaurants and attractions, and shops, and the station where and from where we got to the airport. Breakfast is good: coffee, tea, juices, muesli, cereals, buns, toasts, cheese 1 kind and ham, jams, butter, etc. . The room is not small, the bathroom is all you need.

We were in February and despite having an air conditioner set up for heating it was very cold. The Internet worked badly: only on 1 device was normal and that with interruptions. There were no slippers in the room (with tiled floors it's a disaster) and a spoonful for shoes. In the evening I wanted to have tea - they do not have kettles, for boiling water you do not run into the reception. Asked for one big bed - in the end, we just put two next to each other and they were constantly driving away, had to tie the legs))).

The breakfast had a delicious selection of pastries, fresh juice, and great coffee, the room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable double bed, and I had a pleasant 3-night stay at this place.

It has excellent and unbeatable location to see a 5th-century church. It is also near restaurants and bars.

Very well located next to Termini station, many shops, supermarket, restaurants, food and gift shops, etc. next door. Very clean hotel with balcony overlooking the street, safe, wifi that worked very well, minibar, breakfast quite acceptable, safe, hair dryer in the bathroom, heating and A/C, elevator ... in general much better than I expected.

Decoration a little old/classical for my taste. On the web I saw more beautiful rooms. That the first and second day there was only one bottle of water in the minibar, third day they put another 2nd bottle, then in the check out they told us that we had 2 bottles of the minibar, we denied and they didn't charge us, they should control that the floor waitress counts better what is in the minibar, since many people more than use it to buy those (very expensive) drinks we use it to put our own drink.

Pos: This venue is located in a convenient area within a pleasant building.

The room itself is clean. We had a balcony and bath accessories (towels, shower gel, shampoo and soap). That was probably it. Breakfast is not bad (for the continental it's very good, there is variety). But this hotel is clearly in need of repair and replacement of bedding and bath accessories!

Saw four ants in my room. The towels smell a lot like chlorine. Pillows make your ears leak (very hard). The bathroom is very small, the shower cubicle is tiny. No soundproofing (heard all the neighbors). The air conditioning is terribly cracked (on the first day it was turned off and slept with an open balcony).

Everything: poor breakfast, too much small rooms (micro rooms), bad conditions at bathroom, old lift, old ... everything. Too much expensive. No safe luggage room for last day....Problems at check-in... Check your booking rooms 2 days before your arrive. They don't solve book problems. Choose another hotel.

Pos: We really liked the rooms with an attached bathroom and the great location near Domus Aurea Palace.

Simply no complains at all, really nice stay. Nicely decorated budget hotel with comfortable bedrooms. Savoury breakfasts with every taste and cheeses, for instance provided by the efficient staff.

good location three blocks from Termini train and metro station, you can also walk to the Roman Coliseum, Roman Forum and Historic Center, to the monument to the Fatherland, very close to the metro to go to the other places of interest. reception staff is very friendly and attentive, reception is 24 hours and they helped us to locate the tourist sites and gave us a map, some of them speak Spanish. hotel is a bit old but very well preserved, clean venue, comfortable room and good size. breakfast is good but it can improve the variety. area has good restaurants and souvenir shops.

Breakfast is buffet style, but there is more variety of food, otherwise very good. The waitress who runs the breakfast buffet was always annoying, and not very friendly.

Pos: Quick check-in and overall excellent service, modern room with bathtub, delicious breakfast spread including cheese, fresh fruit, and sandwiches, peaceful ambiance.

for city tours it is very well located, clean room

the bathroom looked very used: the shower tap especially and the shower head had no hanger assembly, the toilet seat was very instabile (even for a very small and light person), breakfast was very continental and not a real buffet, all in all it should have been 15-20% cheaper so the price would match the value

It was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and it was in a great location.
